Take one portion of cooked the minced meat base recipe. Stir in enchilada sauce (ready made) and simmer for 30 minutes.Spoon mixture into warmed tortillas. Roll up. Arrange in a baking dish, seam side down. Top with combined a quarter of a cup of sour cream and quarter of a cup o milk. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in 180oC oven for 25-30 minutes.
